Medhya Laya — meaning "absorption of the intellect into pure awareness" — is one of Rishikesh's most revered yoga schools. Nestled in the sacred Swarg Ashram on the banks of the Ganges at Ram Jhula, we have been nurturing authentic yoga practitioners for over 7 years.
